The MeTime Academy exists because a certificate on a wall doesn’t make a stylist — hours behind the chair, under an educator who cares whether you get it right, does. Many of the stylists you’ll meet across MeTime, Rinse and Justin & Co. trained here first, and it’s a standard we’re building toward for every chair.

The Assistant Program
Nobody touches a paying guest on day one. Academy-trained stylists at MeTime, Rinse and Justin & Co. start as an academy assistant — shampooing, prepping color, watching consultations, and building the muscle memory that makes a great stylist feel effortless in the chair.

Color Fundamentals
Formulation, lifting, toning and corrective theory — taught on mannequins first, then live models, then guests, always under an educator’s eye until the fundamentals are second nature.

Precision Cutting
Shape, texture, and the conversation that happens before the scissors ever open. Our cutting curriculum is built around real hair types and real routines, not just the trend of the week.

Extension Certification
K-Tips, hand-tied wefts, V-Light and combline — certification on every method we offer in salon, so a guest’s extension experience is consistent no matter who’s holding the comb.
