The Associate Program
Newly licensed stylists joining MeTime, Rinse, or Justin & Co. begin with our Associate Program—a structured path designed to bridge the gap between beauty school and behind the chair. Through hands-on training alongside experienced stylists and a guided online curriculum, associates build their technical skills, confidence, and real-world salon experience as they prepare to become successful stylists.
Learn From the Best
As part of their development, we encourage our associates to spend time at Justin & Co. assisting and learning alongside our Master Stylists. This experience gives them hands-on exposure to our color line, advanced techniques, consultations, and real-world salon services—helping them refine their craft, build confidence, and feel fully prepared before stepping onto the floor as a stylist.
Education Never Stops
Education continues long after the classroom. Stylists across the MeTime family have access to monthly education and hands-on training, helping our team continually refine their craft and stay current with the latest techniques, trends, and services in the beauty industry.
Extension Certification
Our stylists have access to on-site extension certification and hands-on training across a wide range of methods, including sewn-in wefts, tape-ins, butterfly wefts, hidden bead extensions, K-tips, I-tips, nano beads, and more. This continued education allows our team to confidently recommend and customize the right extension method for each guest’s hair, lifestyle, and goals.
